Our turnkey service takes your project smoothly from concept to completion as we manage the entire process. We are your advocate throughout the project and oversee all contractors.

We'll start with an initial visit to your space to understand your goals and vision. From there, we'll create a detailed scope of work and design proposal for our services.
Once the scope and proposal is confirmed, we'll sign a contract and collect a retainer, take measurements, and start the design study.

During this phase, we'll put our creative expertise to work to develop a design that perfectly captures your vision and aesthetic.
We'll start with a conceptual design presentation to ensure we are heading in the right design direction.
Next, we'll present the detailed design, filled with all the materials and selections to help tell the story of the new design. We will iron out all the details and review your investment goals to ensure everything aligns with your expectations.

From placing orders to tracking them, and checking in on construction, to furnishings coordination and styling, we bring everything together for the final client reveal.

How soon should I hire a designer?
Our involvement in the process should start as soon as you start to consider the project. We will help you put together that wish list and ensure that the space planning is well thought out to the way YOU would like to live in your home. We can plan for those specific details before the plans are finalized with the architect (or even worse, approved by the City!) avoiding re-submittals and costly delays.
What is the initial consultation? Is there a charge for this?
The initial one-hour consultation is where we will meet face to face for the first time in your home. Where we interview each other and get a feel for each other’s “vibes”. In addition, we discuss your desired scope of work, take a few photos and measurements, as well as explain our services, how we work in greater detail, and answer any other additional questions that you may have. While we don’t provide any design advice at this visit, you will receive valuable information on how the process works, what to expect, etc. This is a paid consultation and starts at $375. The first step is to book your Discovery Call so that we can learn more about your project!
How long does the entire process take?
Due to the current state of shortage of materials and labor in our industry, the average project takes a minimum of 6 months from our initial visit. Full renovation/construction projects can take a year or more.
