2025 Design Fees

Hourly Rates

DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION- $200 PER HOUR

Taking field dimensions, reviewing CAD files, execution of drawings, planning & schematics, sourcing of goods & services, procuring estimates, creating plans & elevations, creating renderings, creating/compiling presentation documents and revisions.


DESIGN PRESENTATIONS / SITE VISITS** / MEETINGS- $175 PER HOUR*

All visits to job sites, trade day meetings, presentations, walk through meetings, supervision of vendor installs and the like.

*One Hour Minimum

** Plus travel fees, billed at $.95/ a mile from our office location in Davie 33328


PROJECT MANAGEMENT - $125 PER HOUR

Online ordering and purchasing trips**. Maintaining schedules, budget, estimate, and timeline reviews. Following up on orders and coordinating deliveries and installations. All communication with client, vendors, or trades (email, text, phone calls, zoom calls) pertaining to project. All mydoma portal updates. All installation related tasks (packing and unpacking of boxes, bins, etc). Reviewing documents and ensuring work is proceeding in general conformity with project. Resolving project deficiencies including returns and cancellations.

INTERIOR DESIGN INSTALLATIONS AKA REVEAL DAY - $300 PER HOUR***

Furniture and accessories installation and styling. Client reveal day.

*** This is an average. We can provide a flat fee proposal for the final installation when we are ready to deliver and style furnishings and acccessories.

As per florida tax code, design fees charged in conjunction with the sale of tangible personal property are subject to sales tax.
